Couldn't finish it

It is more a TV show than movie. Nothing is really at stake, Maddie wasn't in a desperate situation, in fact she was quite rich, she just needs to sell the house, the proceeds could probably set her up for life.

She was willing to sell her body for what? For the love of that house? She was a rich person pretending to be poor.

It is more like in TV shows, where people have no real problems.

Your difficulty is in expecting a silly comedy to reflect what would happen in real life.

reply

yeah, its just a throw away comedic situation.

tis the days of everyone OVER THINKING everything, instead of simply enjoying things.

reply

No, but I was supposed to care, and I just couldn't care less.

reply

I think the idea is that she is actually yes very well of but is just too immature to let go of her past for example referenced in the letter from her father. Therefore she is unable to make decisions that would allow her to sell the house and move on.

Immaturity is supposed to be the growing point for Jlaw and relatable by audience.

Pretty typical jewish product targeted towards white general population. Their opinion of whites is so unbelievably low even lower than what whites have against blacks.

I think the film should have just been fun masturbation fantasy not this nonsense that every jewish comedy is.

THAT WAS VERY IGNORANT OF YOU...DO YOU ENJOY GLADIATOR MOVIES?

reply

reply

THAT IS VERY RUDE...YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW ME...PERHAPS I AM NOT YOUR TYPE.🙄

reply

You are not my type. My type is older woman aged 27-40 and I am just a 18 year old boy.

I waited 7 months for this film, 7 FUCKING MONTHS. I WANTED Masturbate. I Wanted to Enjoy myself. THEY RAPED ME. THEY RAPED ME.

RAPE! RAPE! RAPE!

reply

THAT IS WEIRD...VERY WEIRD.🫤

reply

Are you okay? Did you forget to take your meds today?

reply

I third the motion. I don't often agree WITH KOWALSKI but I have to ON THIS ONE.

Very strange reply. And I have seen my fair share on this website.

reply

It's a fucking comedy, not an HBO prestige drama. Jfc... Does anybody remember laughter?

reply

I would've finished it even if it were sitcom or romcom TV show funny, but it was not.

Mind you once I watched all seasons of "Friends" back to back in one go.
