not worth seeing - sorry, Mel

I still don't get who the black dude was, why agents were killed and I think it's not even important. The entire premise of the film was revealed in the last 20 or so minutes of the film - the first hour though.... very long, tedious, nonsensical, going nowhere - sure it kept you wondering wtf were you watching? trying to make sense of it all, in order for there to be some sort of coherency - but again, it all boiled down to agents getting burned for one reason or another. The film ends on a cliffhanger of sorts - and if the first hour of this film had been well written, I could see myself hoping for a sequel akin to mission impossible, but that first hour was so poorly done that this film does not deserve being seen, let alone a sequel - lol

The acting in this film was not half bad and when it comes to writing, the dialogue lines were fine - it's how it was all put together that's the problem, and I feel like half of the planned story was canned altogether, which made the first hour very difficult to follow. This is one of those instances where they should have made the film longer with added scenes where they explain who is who, what is what and wtf is going on. Without those scenes - this film is an utter mess.

BTW - what last action sequence with mel pulling out his gun - was Alec Baldwin his adviser? He is holding it like a toy.

So yeah - 4/10

PS. Mel Gibson maybe got 3 minutes of screen time - putting his name as the first billing was a bit much - that too is a good indication that something is seriously wrong with this film.

Wow. 3 minutes? Cmon Mel, your way better than that. Maybe hes just trying toget money together for his POTC sequel…

Mel Gibson is making a Pirates of the Caribbean sequel?

Yeah, it sucked pretty bad

I always wonder what the writers were thinking, if they actually thought it wad good.
