"While Fury Road action sequences felt like one in a million, Furiosa's noticeable CGI in action sequences felt like just one of the millions".

Nobody watches YouToob lusers except lusers.

It's a turkey! I watch all this dude's reviews. This is classic him being positive when he hated it.

reply

Yep, he knows if he tells the truth(which is that most movies suck) then his viewership drops drastically.

There's a very clear shark jumping point with all youtubers, and that's when the in-vid paid advertisement shows up.

reply

True, I just skip over that part but it does piss people off.

Yeah, it was way too noticeable compared to Fury Road and mostly it felt unnecessary. Though it is sometimes hard to tell what is CGI and what not, because they seem to speed up the action or drop frames or whatever they are doing, which makes the movements "jittery". They did the same in Fury Road. Also tons of post processing, green screen and CGI sand fog contribute to the overall artificial feel.

reply

yes it's a shame especially how great the stuntwork was in the first 2 Mad Max movies.

reply

Yep, no awards this time. Editing, stunts... everything is worse or at best on the same level as in Fury Road. I really enjoyed the movie, but it is not mind blowing as Fury Road is and I didn't expect it to be.

reply

i noticed it more than in FR. The one at the beginning when lil Furiosa is with her mother on the bike was terrible.
