Anyone else wished Clyde would win?

Since it's just a movie and the point of a movie is to make a point,
I wished that Clyde Shelton had won and killed every single one of those
corrupt senators, law makers, justices, police, etc.... kill em all.

The system beeps everyone and the only people that get justice are the ones
who basically win. That's not real justice. I was rooting for Clyde and
was hoping to see them all die so that they could finally change the system
and put real criminals away and protect the innocent.

It's just a movie, so why not go all the way to make the point instead of
letting the stupid fake good guys win just to show us how the fake good guys
get away yet with another crime.

only initially then I realise hes gone too far by killing the judge and the others that arent really related to the crime , the justice system isnt perfect but he has no right to eliminate them just for being part of it. From that point on he has techincally turn into a villian that must be stopped from killing innocents.

I always wanted the twist at the end after detonating the bomb at the mayors meeting was that there was a second device at his daughters concert and blew her up too!

From what I remember, Clyde was going to "win", but Jamey Fox felt it was the wrong move; thus, Clyde's plan fails in the end. sadly.

I 100% agree with the OP. Clyde getting killed in the end is your typical Hayes Code ending - "the bad guy" always has to be shown not getting away with it. It's almost as if Hollywood is still under it even though they're not.

This is why Hollywood movies are so boring. You always know who's going to win. I would've loved to seen Clyde successfully get payback against the justice system and their perpetuating pawns with him smiling away into the sunset.
