Great show that weirdly makes me want to check out soccer
Never had any interest in watching the game, but after binging a season of this, I kinda want to give it a legitimate shot and see what the hooligans go nuts for.
Soccer is the correct term

That is the correct term, it is soccer. Most of the world know it. For example, that awesome comedy movie Shaolin Soccer. Or... Soccer Aid. I so appreciate your optimism. βΊππ

Association Football is the correct term to distingish between Rugby Football and Football.
But yeh America are obviously right and the rest of the known world who actually plays the sport is wrong.
Football certainly isn't the right word for a sport played with the hands...
