Case in point, they're all in the same universe, all the separate tv shows done by Marvel that is.

Since the multi-verse hooplah hadn't actually started yet, we have to assume that's the real Daredevil and that the show is now canon.

It's always been in the same universe.I remember the events in the Avengers being mentioned in the pilot i believe
