A Night King centric episode

I think it would be cool to see a NK centric episode. One that would be a largely silent episode when focusing on him in the present but also seeing him in the past via Bran. More than anything, I only want to know two things: Is his conquering of Westeros simply based on revenge and why is he called the Night King (and how is it people know to call him that when they see him.)

Its obviously not the same as the legend of the 13th Nights Watch Commander from the books since in the show this guy was the original WW and was made well before there was any need for a wall or a nights watch.

That could be good but i dont think theres enough eps left to do it
And i guess 'Night King' cuz hes bringing the long winter/night with him
How everyone knows what to call him i dont know...an old legend maybe?

I guess I could buy that

A episode totally dedicated to him would be kinda beneficial to the show. But with no source material it'll just be fan fiction.

They could make it a comedy. The Night King goes home to his nagging wife... "Have you taken the South yet?, of course not you're all talk!". Make her look and sound like Peg Bundy from Married with Children.

:-D

The name probably came from the stories people in the North used to tell about the previous long night and the Battle for the Dawn.
