Godlessness

Let me say that again...

Godlessness.

The Chancellor is a devout Christian. Say no more...

That comment wins the internet

Calling yourself a Christian and actually being one, two different things.

What about godlessness?

Lots of people have been brutally murdered, tortured and killed for the name of 'god'.

Maybe a bit of godlessness is a good thing, considering that.

That word is disgusting to me. However, the Hand that created us has many better names; The Great Spirit, for example. Or you can call Him 'The Unnamed', for who can really conjure up a name that can describe the Creator of All Existence?

I can see and understand your point, though with additional context such as

love is a product of god, love is god and vise versa.
You don't need to believe in god, to have love, because love is part of the natural order of the universe, just like gravity

However, the more love you have in your heart, the closer to god you are, the higher your vibrational frequency vibrates at, because you are essentially syncing up with the natural order of the universe, and that is why you feel good.
Because as science has shown/proven, we and everything here in this universe is a vibrational frequency, its what the universe actually is, nothing solid, its all a vibration.

RE: feeling good, - Just like the yin and the yang, you need the dark to know light, and you need the light to know dark.
So the opposite of love is negativity, bad feelings, anxiety and that's where the devil comes in, getting power from your vibration frequency, by making yourself vibrate at a low frequency

You have the power to manifest whatever you want, because god gave ourselves free will to think, and even go against god, which explains a lot of what you mentioned in your post

Because if god restricted whats acceptable and whats not, then that would break the universe, because a key integral part of what makes up this 3D, is the ability for humans to think. Therefore be able to focus their free will to manifest the reality they wish to see, and provided they sync up with the natural order of the universe

reply

You have made a crap tonne of assertions without any evidence..
prove to me theres a god

reply

Well as far as I'm concerned the only real way to prove there's no God is to build a time machine and go back in time to 6billion years ago. But unless that somehow happens nobody can disprove God/Jesus. Then again you are a hardcore athiest who doesn't know the difference between scientific theories and scientific facts. Nor do you know the difference between real Christians and Christian extremists. I'll tell you. Christian Extremists want to murder people. Real Christians do not. The Crusades were about Christian Extremists. People blowing up abortion clinics are Christian Extremists.

reply

ummm noo.. prove to me there is a creator.

reply

Prove there isn't.

reply

Nope, existence of a creator is an affirmative claim. Burden of proof is on the one who makes that claim.

If you disagree, I invite you to “prove there isn’t” a teapot in orbit near Mars, like Bertrand Russell posits.

You can’t.

Quod Erat Demonstrandum

reply

That's why it's called "faith", dipshit.

reply

you say "faith" as if it's a good thing

Faith is just an excuse people give themselves to believe something without evidence

Look it up ... it's in the bible

reply

See here's the thing, neither you or any human being saw the universe and world being formed. Anything about how it came about is a theory. Science can only prove what is seen.

So therefore you believing there's no God is a theory and me believing there is a God is a theory.

reply

Pathetic.

reply

it was just a pompous line to fuel his rhetoric.
