Not even close, Prisoner of Azkaban was so much worse. Half Blood Prince is one of the better ones

shareI didn't like the first couple films when the characters were so young. Nothing being wrong with being scared of spiders but that whole bit wasn't very convincing. I thought the Quidditch match introduced a better layer to the whole.
Didn't like Phoenix that much because there was too much hammy comedy thrown in, but the parts were greater than their sum. That is to say, I liked a lot about the film but there seemed too much silliness tossed in.
Half-Blood seemed like a good addition.
