Every episode has to have a gay couple, someone who identifies as an apache helicopter, or some other liberal bullshit agenda.

I agree. There are more LGBT and bi-racial, people and couple's that visit and work in that hospital then anywhere else on the planet. It is unrealistic and a bit silly. We get it Shonda Rhimes we get it. But come on it's not this concentrated in such a small area of the world...sheesh...

Yep it is over the top and preachy. I also don't buy that black couple the fat woman with the well built black guy, I don't buy that he would want her in real life.

I've seen mismatched couples as well, I just don't buy this particular one. I guess I don't see anything attractive about her.
