What you are really asking here, is:
"Would you have unnatural intercourse with a MAN that has had his body MUTILATED in a certain way that now there's an EXTRA orifice where there wasn't one before in HIS body?"
You can't change your body's gender. It can't be done after the fact. The only way you can change 'your gender' is to just change bodies, usually by the method of deincarnation and reincarnation.
The hormones can be disrupted and the balance disturbed, you can cut off things and mutilate genitals all day long, but these things are not going to change:
- Brain gender
- Muscle density and power
- Bone structure including skull shape
- Abilities of female and male bodies (women won't be able to create sperm that is life, men won't be able to lactate, become pregnant and give birth, menstruate (or even get periods), the gravity point will still be different, etc.
- Male/Female psyche/thoughts - you can't change instincts, thinking patterns and such just by mutilating a body. One 'female' tried to 'become male', but as she still had a female brain, she was utterly shocked and disgusted when she was trying to talk with men as 'one of the men', as men talk very differently when women are not around, and most female brains can't handle it
I could go on, but I don't think I need to. There is no such thing as 'male to female transsexual'. There are just stupid and crazy people mutilating their physical body and then pretending they changed gender.
It's like a boy wearing a dress, thinking he's a girl now, or a girl wearing pants and thinking she's a boy now.
It doesn't work like that. The only real way to change a gender is to be born (incarnated) to a different-gendered body next time.
