I'm not even a Christian and I think the relentless way Brown and the makers of these films try to undermine Christianity is disgusting. Imagine what would happen if someone wrote a similar book seeking to undermine Islam.
I didn't watch the movie, because I couldn't get through the unintelligible, self-serving vomit that was the book. I rarely give up on a book, but this one I threw across the room. Thank God I didn't spend any money on it.
I can't believe Tom Hanks stooped to act in not one, but *three* works by the highly deluded Dan Brown.

shareThese ideas have been going around since way back in the second century. I really don't understand why everybody suddenly got into such a tizzy just because they showed up in a modern-day book and movie. People really need to become more familiar with history.
shareI don't either. It's fiction based on those old ideas, many of which have been debunked or for which there is no proof. People also need to inform themselves about the difference between truth and fiction. The film is not promoting anything, just telling a fictional story based on a novel. So many people get riled up over nothing.
