Lindy Booth's character

I truly wish she bit the dust. I couldn't stand her and that stupid dog for Fuck's sake. I love this movie but thats my one criticism

reply

Going after the dog truly was one of the most stupid decisions in a movie. I hated her too.

But.... from a plot standpoint, they did need to move the story forward and put the characters in peril.

reply

True but they could have had the characters in danger in a less laughable way,Thats why I kinda feel happy seeing her die in Wrong Turn

reply

I WOULD HAVE GONE AFTER MY DOG TOO..ALSO TEENAGE GIRLS ARENT KNOWN FOR CALM COOL COLLECTED HEADS DURING THE APOCALYPSE.

reply

I get that to a point, but at no point when the dog was taking the supplies over, was there any indication that it was in danger. They simply ignored it.

reply

SHES AN IDIOT CHILD.NOT MUCH MORE TO IT THAN THAT.

reply

The Chainsaw girl should have lived I found her less annoying

That, and the fact you insist on SHOUTING here lets me know you're not someone I'd want within 100 miles of me in any scenario like the one in this movie. Panicky emotional impulsive people do not survive desperate situations.

reply

CAPS FOR 20 YEARS...THAT TAKES DEDICATION,A STEADY MIND AND THE ABILITY TO BE YOURSELF DESPITE THE CATERWAULS OF INSECURE DICKHEADS.

reply

My dad always typed in all caps because it was easier for him to see and read that way. You should not assume people are yelling just because they use all caps.

reply

I hate it when people risk their lives for some animal in a movie.

How many people had to die for that dog?

reply

AS AN ANIMAL GUY,WHO OWNS MULTIPLE ASSORTED PETS...THAT SCENE RINGS TRUE...STUPID BUT TRUE..THE CONSEQUENCES ARE EXTREME,BUT INTHE MOMENT OF MAKING THE DECISION TO DO THE STUPID THING OUT OF LOVE FOR THE ANIMAL YOU DONT THINK THE POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES THROUGH.

reply

I think the animal could have survived anyway. They are smart in disaster

reply

THATS VERY TRUE.

reply

a couple of people have died where i live, trying to rescue their dogs from the sea

On another thread, PaladinNJ points out that Nicole (Lindy Booth's character), in her desperation, actually came up with a way to get over to Andy's gun store that no one else thought of. So there's that.
