I saw this a long time ago, and unfortunately can't take back the two hours. Not just the worst script ever set to film, but the worst acting too. Especially that twit Ashton Kutcher; when he replaced legend Charlie Sheen on 2 1/2 Men I immediately stopped watching.

Considering how many people deride Two and a Half Men for its lowbrow humour, it's funny that you're shitting on The Butterfly Effect.

It's been a long time since I saw this but I would not say this is the worst movie I ever saw. I saw it when it was first released on DVD and I haven't wanted to watch it again because of how depressing it was but I didn't think, "I wish I had never watched this!" To be honest one of the worst movies I ever saw was the 2007 remake of the Heartbreak Kid. The Farley Brothers and Ben Stiller should be ashamed of themselves for making it.
