Halfway through season 1, and I'm not sure how Archer tolerates him. I guess he must be one hell of an engineer.

He turned out to be my favorite character.

Mine too. Can't believe what they did to him in the finale.

Rewatching it now and you're right. And it's not only Trip. Sometimes the lack of professionalism in Archer is amazing. I expect a captain not to behave like a teen driven by emotions.

I watched the 4 seasons previously, and I loved seasons 3 and 4. I just couldn't remember anything about the first two ones. I'm getting why.

Unbearable? Never!!! Trip was the most believable character of the bunch. Were it up to me he would have been the captain, not wussy burger Archer.
