As a Liberal not afraid to condemn Blacks who act entitled and just as racist as white TrumpTARDs I gotta laugh at Maury's ability to avoid criticism, let alone cancellation for showcasing Blacks acting like every Ghetto stereotype imaginable. The same Blacks angry at The Bachelor's Chris Harris over sophomoric comments about some white ninny antebellum party or who rose a stink over Donald Sterling's rants against Magic Johnson are the same ones who sit silent over programs like this as Black Baby Mama's and buggy eyed Black men prance around on the stage.

Who needs to be offended by Blackface yearbook pictures from 40 years ago when you have Maury's show on every afternoon?

I've always wondered if he does any different topics on his shows. Anytime I've seen his shows it's only about paternity tests for deadbeat dads. They still have plenty of white trash guests as well.

That's fair, yes plenty of stereotypical "white trash", so perhaps that's why Maury gets a pass because it's not JUST Black people. Still, if you took the behavior of these people and put them on any other TV show the perception and reactions would stir up anger from both Left and Right imho.

I gotta hand it to Maury though, he knows how to exploit the lowest-common-denominator and make a syndicated hit out of it.

Well I don't think Jerry Springer makes his show anymore so Maury became his replacement.

You know this isn't a scripted show, right? Guests are invited on, and they act the way that they act. These are real people. Maury didn't write a script that made them act like stereotypes. They just ARE stereotypes. They are the reason stereotypes BECOME and STAY stereotypes.

Why would Maury get in trouble, or be criticized or canceled for showcasing the behavior of real people being who they are?
