Yes.

reply

No, because...

1: ... it is pretty clear that he did consent.
2: ... you need a penis to be a rapist.

reply

2: No, you do not, according to the law.

reply

I know, but I don't necessarily agree with the law in this aspect.

reply

So a woman finger-banging another woman against her will is, according to you, not rape. Cool.
Thankfully, it does not matter what you agree with or not.

reply

What you describe is sexual assault, but not rape. Obviously, lots of people will not agree with me about that though.

I opened a can of worms, even though I'm starting to regret it now. So now, I won't say more about this and just leave this discussion to hopefully die.

reply

It is rape.
By law, as soon as you forcefully insert something into a person, be it mouth, vagina, anus - whatever - it is RAPE.

reply

Number 2. "You need a penis to be a rapist."\

OH HELL NO YOU DON'T

reply

#2 is a stereotype. Just because men do it more often does not mean women can't rape men. It's just less common. In fact, among female rapists, it is more often a scenario of an older woman taking advantage of a younger man, or even a boy without his consent.

reply

"you need a penis to be a rapist."

That's the most sexist, ignorant, arrogant, and plain stupid statement I'm likely to hear all day, and I spend a lot of time at a university, where misandry, ignorance, arrogance, and plain stupidity are taught, encouraged, and rewarded.

reply

I guess I have a different definition of rape than you then. But I never asked anybody to agree with me either.

When my sons went to college, I told them not to argue with their professors when it came to anything they might say, no matter how outrageous. Put the SJW answers on the tests and bite your tongue.

reply

Very coercive.

reply

If genders are ignored, then it would be more accurately described as a sexual assault.

reply

No way. He definitely was a consenting participant in the act. He wanted her real bad, and she wanted him. It's only rape if one person is not consenting, and that's not what I saw in that scene. What I saw were two excited, horny teenagers caught up in the moment and acting on their instincts after everything they'd been through together.
