Please tell me I'm not the only one

I get goosebumps during the whole build up from when the ship opens to when Jeff Goldblum says "Times up".

Please tell me I'm not the only one

reply

Maybe, maybe NOT.

reply

You're not the only one. I like that scene too.

I never really sleep well. Got one eye open, always.

reply

It's still gives me the chills!

reply

Yes, me too

reply

You are the only one.

reply

You are definitely NOT the only one! I loved that scene - the build up, the tension, the excitement..it was palpable!

Back in '96 this was so damn good and it's still good today even though you know exactly what is gonna happen!

I saw ID 3 times at the Flicks and loved it.

reply

I'm sure Everybody does.

reply

I don't agree, but obviously this thread shows that you're not the only one!

I was trying not to giggle out loud in the theater because of the ridiculousness of thinking some nerd could take a quick look at an alien computer system written in a language he doesn't understand, and be so much better with it than the alien programmers that he's able to disable their computers in spite of pre-existing safeguards. But I can giggle at serious movies and still enjoy them.

reply

You not the only one. Cool scene.

reply

I did too. And they barely even make it in the airplane away from the explosions.
