I haven’t seen it but Secret Life of the American teenager is laughably bad and went on for 5 seasons.

shareThe cast, acting and writing. There wasn't a single member of the cast who was likable and their acting was horrible. The dialogue was incredibly bad and I hated how they made the lifeguards like cops. Like, how much adventure do lifeguards get into on a yearly basis? This show made it look like there was non-stop detective work that needed to be done. There's something else about the show I can't stand that I can't put my finger on.

THE EARLIER SEASONS WERE BETTER...FOCUSING MORE ON HASSELHOFF AND HIS SON'S RELATIONSHIP AND MORE REALISTIC LIFEGUARD SITUATIONS...STARTING IN THE 3RD AND 4TH SEASONS THEY BEGAN TINKERING WITH THE SHOW...THEY ADDED PAM ANDERSON AND OTHERS,THEY DECREASED THE ROLE OF "LESS SEXY" CHARACTERS AND THEY ELEVATED THE PLOTS OUT OF REALITY AND INTO BEACH COPS A GO GO TERRITORY...
