Why is Alex cosidered the selfish one?

Sure he cares a lot about money, to me it seems like he has the biggest heart of the series. Lets look back at all the selfless things hes done compared to the others shall we?

I mean, he put his job/dreams on the line for both Mallory and Skippy.
I don't recall the others doing any thing like that.

2012, bring it on!

You are supposed to accept the premise that hippies are good, capitalists are bad. If you buy into that threadbare ideology, this lowbrow show is for you.

How is the show "lowbrow" though?

He was a Reptilican.

LOL .... and his image was only softened to try to show, wrongly,
that Reptilians somehow have a mammalian/human side.

Funny how to me this show signaled the end of the counter-culture
and ushered in a time where music started to go bad - focusing more
on salacious videos than the music and especially lyrics the made
sense, and TV news got subordinated to profit, and a lot of trends
that were controlled by corporations were jammed down our throats.

I used to watch this and it has always stood out as a marker to the
end of one era and the beginning of a worse era, a harbinger of the
rise, or reprise, of fascism in America.

reply

I don't care about any of that. He was a Republican and all Republicans are Nazi racist homophobic pigs.

reply

You're joking, right?
