Is Joanie attractive?

She had that cute Hobbit chick look going on, but when she got older like in "Joanie Loves Chachi" her looks didn't translate well. She was basically like Linda Manz who was unconventionally cute and attractive as a young teen but as soon as she hit her 20s she wasn't the same.
