She might do perfectly well in that department. But, I doubt she's "top heavy." Women aren't allowed to be curvy in Hollywood. While her boobs might be fine, she is still, it seems pretty thin and has a Dress Size in the low single digits.

I think it is more of the result of obesity than anything, also from what I understand female breast tissues keep growing, just like male prostates, that is why breast cancer and prostate cancer are very common.
If the statistics are on young and fit women in their 20s, like Sydney Sweeney, I think it would be a very different result.

It's hilarious there's been so much flat chested brain washing that all it takes to become a sex symbol is to be a totally normal girl. They way too jiggly.
