The folks are gonna buy their stuff anyway.

This could be the best thing that ever happened to her career. She is more popular than ever.

There's nothing they could say that wouldn't make things worse at this point.

I'm curious to see what this means for the show. Rumor is Favreau is pissed and I'm curious to see if they try to force him to recast the role.

Don't personally think they will recast it. Think she will be written out as season 3 will be more about retaking Mandalore.

The problem is all these companies listen to Twitter. Go look on the Star Wars Youtube channel and see the disgust from actual fans not SJW nutjobs who probably don't even watch it anyway. They are bombarding unrealted videos to show their disgist at what has happened.

Will it change anything. No. But fans are at least for once speaking out after years of being told they are trash.

I love seeing the comments on the Star Wars youtube channel. Some are even saying that some of their comments have been deleted. Lucasfilm is definitely getting the message.

The problem is every MSM and big tech will protect them and then spin it as a targeted attack on KK and get called the usual "ism's".

We will see articles soon calling them toxic fans and then repeating the lies against Gina Carano.

Lucasfilm are cowards and hypocrites.

Problem is non of this wil hurt them financially. So on that regard yes they probably don't care as 90% of the viewing audience probably don't even know of what is happening.

If it's up to Favreau, I'm sure he won't recast. The role was written for Carano and no one else. But if Lucasfilm overlords try to force him to recast, things could get interesting.
