It began with me watching Happy Death Day, and throughout the entire movie she went from passable -> fugly -> actually pretty fkn good looking -> smokin -> passable -> ...

And now I'm watching the 2nd movie and it's happening again. I don't know what it is, maybe only certain angles work for her or lighting or something. Her weird facial expressions may also be behind this.

Of course she is.

I'd prefer it if she was covered in tattoos and sported goth makeup.

That happens to be something I personally enjoy.

But she is very foxy by any reasonable measure I'd say.

I'm surprised this is even a question. Jessica Rothe is a scorching hot mega-babe with an amazingly pretty face and fantastic body. The last time I thought someone was this attractive was softcore actress Sasha Peralto.

Yes, she's a thin blonde with cleavage, I assume straight men consider her to be quite the hottie.

But her face is slightly more interesting than the standard cookie-cutter blonde, maybe she will be able to play roles other than the hot blonde in time.
