FOX settled out of court with Dominion. So far, thirty minutes in to his show and Hannity has not mentioned one word about how FOX lied about Dominion. That 2020 election was not rigged. Trump lost fair and square.

GOP election observers stated votes appeared to be illegally manipulated in several swing state cities. Some filed affidavits under penalty of perjury.
Several of those who filed the affidavits claimed the FBI never interviewed them, indicating the FBI probably did no investigations. Given the FBI's other actions and inaction's regarding the 2020 election, it is not hard to assume their hands-off posture.
So if the votes were illegally manipulated, and from the affidavits it seems they were, the means they were manipulated and the elements involved are not known or provable. So whether the machines were at fault, or operators were manipulating the machines with bad data (e.g. phony ballots) or otherwise miss-operating the machines somehow is unknown. Remember the ancient expression, "garbage in, garbage out."
So if Fox hosts stated the machines were at fault without specific evidence to back that up, then Fox opened itself up to the lawsuit.
We really need a deep investigation into all aspects of the 2020 election, including the FBI's: 1) lack of investigation of alleged voting irregularities, 2) cover up of Biden's crimes, (e.g. the laptop) and 3) pressuring media organizations to slant the news.
I think anyone who wasn't simply out for partisan revenge on their opposition would welcome the opportunity for a full investigation to get to the bottom of any allegations and definitively put to rest one way or the other the claims of wrongdoing. Pay attention to the people who oppose such measures, they're not to be trusted at all.
