Married 20 years, his wife is 13 years his senior, quite impressive

I haven't seen a marriage with that big of an age gap last this long

Of course for men that are older than their wives that's different

But this is rather amazing

The most often cited formula is 1/2 plus 7.

So 29 for you.

1/2*44 = 22
22 + 7 = 29

I'm not sure I can quantify that. I know I've seen a few variants, but this is the one that sticks in my memory. Maybe because I see it more often or maybe because it's simple to remember.
