If she's confirmed, she'll always have the satisfaction of knowing that she's there primarily because of what color she is and what she has between her legs. Whatever her actual qualifications may be are definitely incidental.

As opposed to whom? Honestly, which Supreme court Justice in our countries history didn't get picked because in addition to being qualified, they also fit the right demographic? Hell for the first 200 years, any non-white males needed not apply.

Political ideology, religion, gender, race, what state their from, and other characteristics have always been factors. I'm guessing somewhere down the line there'll be a trans circuit judge getting tapped for the Supreme court because it would score big political points for the guy in office(probably not a right winger). So save the righteous indignation, because this is business as usual.
