CTE?

I remember Dr. Bennet Omalu, who was the subject of the Will Smith movie Concussion, say that he would bet his medical license on the fact that O.J. Simpson had CTE.

After the Aaron Hernandez thing, I'm not so sure that Simpson wasn't suffering from CTE - it fit the profile.

Chris Benoit also. After he murdered his wife and son and then killed himself, it was uncovered that he had a brain that resembled an 85 year old Alzheimer's patient. And bare in mind that Benoit was only 40 years old at the time.

I read an editorial in my hometown paper calling O.J. a coward for denying the authorities to check for CTE after he died, so it's official.

He had nothing to lose - if he had CTE, he would have garnered a lot of posthumous sympathy, and if not, nothing would change because everyone would still know he's a piece of shit murderer, liar, and coward.

The only way he or anyone at his age would have CTE was from repeated brain injury. If he had CTE, he got it from football.
