I believe you have this the wrong way around, i.e. she has a bad hotness to good actress ratio.
For the sake of the argument let us say:-
Winslet: Hotness 60. Acting 80. Hotness to Acting ratio: 60/80 = 0.75.
Fox: Hotness 80. Acting 20.
Hotness to Acting ratio: 80/20 = 4.
So we can see that Megan Fox has a far superior ratio. What you were looking for is a very low hotness to good actress ratio.
Nah, I'd take Kate Winslet over Megan Foxx any day.

e.g. Winslet Hotness 80 / Acting 80 = 1. Fox Hotness 50 (at a push) / Acting 20 = 2.5.
So Fox would still have the better hotness to good actress ratio.
The only way you could really swing it - in terms of that particular ratio - would be by claiming Fox was an awesome actress and Winslet terrible.

Zoom in and you can see the scar. Ther were better pictures before where they were close up, but I can't find them.
Well, I don't think I need to zoom that, it's pretty clear, the raised breast is a perfect circle. Ah well, she's my age (48), I don't blame her too much to keep those from sagging too much, given her job. She didn't go overboard with it, looks like she kept them natural in size.
