It seems like he aged fast. He went from pretty boy to weathered face seemingly overnight. He could play the captain in a remake of Titanic now.

And the captain of the Titanic was 62, so he's a lot closer to that than Jack Dawson age. This is just how time works.

I'm sure he's crammed several lifetimes worth of debauchery in his 50 years (yeah, I'm a bit jealous..), but he otherwise looks age appropriate to me.
I think the question though is how much "de-aging" is done to him with makeup, filters, lighting, etc. If he's on screen mostly natural, he looks fine.
If what we're seeing is after 2 hours in a make-up chair, he may indeed be aging prematurely.
He's aged better than most boyishly cute young actors do!
Usually they turn into gnomes at age thirty, he stayed okay looking until forty or so. Not any more, of course, now he looks like an unusually tall gnome. One who's puffy from problem drinkning.
No matter how weathered he gets, how much facial hair he grows, he still just seems like an elderly teenager.

He's certainly way better looking than most regular men including me and boy does he have talent!
Just look at his roles, he arrows every bolt in the bullseye and he's got a reasonable reputation as a guy that shows up, puts in the work and entertains millions of people every time.
Seriously, DiCaprio is undeniably a superstar and everyone knows it.
He looks perfectly fine. He's an actor, not a model.
