This looks very similar to a chicken sauce that caught my eye one day while shopping. I decided to try it. It's a combination of mustard, smoked barbecue flavor and a variety of other ingredients. The clerk at the checkout was raving about it, claimed it was very versatile. I keep experimenting with it and agree with that assessment.

It was a happy accident - my wife bought this by mistake, thinking it was regular ketchup - I tried it and instantly fell in love.

reply

I'm going to have to give it a try at some point.

Apparently it’s called Fry Sauce in the US and is popular in Utah.

Utah is one of my favorite states. I've often contemplated moving there. I actually hitchhiked thru it when I was only 16, got stuck for several hours in the desert. I also made several trips thru it during my cross-country driving days.

reply

I guess the closest I’ve been is Vegas and The Grand Canyon.

reply

I actually went through Vegas during that same hitchhiking trip, walked The Strip and slept in the desert outside of it in my sleeping bag that night. Before that, I had been stuck in the San Bernardino, California Desert for hours before finally catching a ride that took me all the way to Vegas. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSAJ0l4OBHM 😁🌞🌵

Anything savory like cheese, soy sauce, or au jus....

Gotta go with Béarnaise...

Béarnaise sauce is a sauce made of butter, egg yolk, white-wine vinegar, and herbs. It is regarded as a "child" of hollandaise sauce. The difference is only in the flavoring: béarnaise uses shallot, black pepper, and tarragon, while hollandaise uses white pepper or a pinch of cayenne.

Secret sauce😛

I'd tell you, but then I'd have to kill you😆😆

I've been putting unagi sauce on just about everything recently. I can't get enough of the stuff. Then there's the always reliable Frank's Red Hot that is currently a close second.

Kinders is great. Kinders spicy BBQ sauce is my number one for ribs etc.
