I'd say for what Blumhouse paid for the rights to the EXORCIST, that they really were the big losers in all of this.. I see EXORCIST BELIEVER is on DVD at V-STOCK for $35.00. LOL!!
shareBlumhouse is usually very financially savvy, but you're right that buying the rights to the Exorcist franchise might prove to be an awful deal for them. Not every IP is worth the investment.
