Not sure if you're being serious, but Creatine is a(n OTC) supplement, not gear.

And don't load - waste of time and you'll just pee it all out. Just take 5g a day with water (before your workout on the days you train). Go off for 2-4 weeks after taking it for 6-8 weeks.

Protein shakes and creatine can mess with the guttyworks.

Just be careful listening to any influencer about this stuff.

You don't need to take Roids because down the road, it'll be detrimental to your health.. All you need to do is drink plenty of water and a consistent workout daily

“Gear” is anabolic steroids. Creatine is nothing close to that. To compare the two using stimulants as an example, creatine is a cup of coffee whereas steroids is cocaine.

I’ve taken Creatine before (in addition to improved workout performance, it’s also good for your brain, which is actually what got me into it in the first place).

Never had any stomach issues with it, though. Most likely you’re either taking too much, aren’t using a good brand, or possibly even got a bad/contaminated batch.
