How do y'all feel about Clowns?

Like in general. Do they make you laugh or do they scare you? I just watched a pretty interest video on a clown

Personally, I'm kinda indifferent to them. I've met a few in my lifetime but none of them made any kinda impression on me

They haven't made me genuinely laugh out loud or traumatise me in any way.

And I've liked some pop culture clowns like Joker, Pennywise & Krusty the Clown but I've never had a fascination or fear of them

They're okay depending on what we're talking about. They can look cool in movies.

I think they made good villains. The clown make up, the laugh & acrobatic/flexible bodies make for a good scare

I do not like clowns. Why are they a kids entertainer but need to paint on a (creepy) happy face? It's just sinister to me.

A cousin of mine had a clown over as a birthday party entertainer for his kid a year or two ago.

I was legit surprised. I genuinely had no idea birthday clowns were still a thing nowadays.

I don't like 'em.
But Bozo the clown was ok. I used to watch his morning show on WGN 9 Chicago when I was a kid.

I'm not keen on them, especially if they offer me a balloon from beneath a sewer grate.

They can be funny, (or in the case of Cirque de Soleil very graceful and mesmerizing to watch) but honestly, I find them a little disturbing. I don't have coulorophobia, but I don't feel uncomfortable being up close with them either. I think it might have had something to do with watching a nightmare scene from "Brave Little Toaster."
