Who and how would you give away a million dollars ?

Here's the question:

If a rich person gave you a million dollars, and said you had to give it all away and you could choose who to give it to, but under two conditions:
1) It cannot be to a charity, organization, business, etc, it has to be to random people that you don't know.
2) You can't give more than a $1000 to each person.

Who and how would you go about give away the money?

You posted the same thread two hours ago and never responded to me.

Wait, are you a mysterious millionaire?
Just hand me the gym bag, I’ll take care of it from here👍

I thought the post didn't go through so I posted it again. I've never seen Brewster's Millions, but maybe I should check it out. I'm not a millionaire, but was wondering how people would go about giving the money away. Maybe I've been watching too much MrBeast on youtube that made me come up with this question.

It’s a pretty good movie, Richard Pryor and John Candy are in it.

I'd go around telling people I'm filming a documentary about affordable housing and ask them if they are having difficulty paying their rent. If they are -- congrats, they are now $1000 richer.

Set up a private foundation for the money then give grants to people as I see fit.

I would stand on a platform above a large crowd of people and hurls $1000 bundles of cash every which way. Then I would sit back and watch the chaos unfold, all the while clapping and cackling maniacally. A-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

At least give us a heads up as to where you will be doing this…a date and a time would be nice as well.

Will do. Might be a while since I have to build up to the million. I'm currently at $1.15, but if I can manage to sell the rest of this tasty hot dog that I couldn't finish, I'll probably be up to $2 in no time. They always say, the first two dollars is the hardest...

I wouldn't give it away at all, since I don't see anything in your post about an incentive to do so, like there was in Brewster's Millions.

Your post doesn't have enough rules to make for an interesting scenario even if you added an incentive to make it worth the effort. You could just go to a nearby city and give away $1,000 to people walking by until you were out of money.

I'd go to the poorest countries in the world and give money to individuals whose lives would drastically change for the better.

i'd take a tour of all the local ghetto's
