Honestly don't know. I really like a lot of Oasis but I've never been over-keen on Wonderwall.

whether you like it or not, that song will stick with you from the first time you hear it. it has a melody that works its way into your brain & will not leave. not many songs do that. this one does.

There's a very soulful, haunting and moody quality to the music. To put it another way, it evokes a certain "mood" in the listener that resonates, like how some upbeat songs immediately lift your mood or another song with a loud, thumping beat pumps you up enough to want to work out or dance.

I was a big fan of Oasis but this was never a favourite song of theirs. I honestly never understood why it was so highly regarded - the likes of Live Forever, Some Might Say and Don’t Look Back in Anger are far superior imo.
