I know it was already mentioned but just wanted to 're-recommend' The Elephant Man, it's probably the best movie fitting the description you are looking for.

Second movie to come to mind was: Jack (1996) starring Robin Williams, he's a child who ages really quick, a lot of people don't like this movie, one of the criticisms is that the real disease was exaggerated for the movie... I believe there are some scenes where he goes out on a date with a teacher because he can't go out with girls his age because he looks like 50 even though he's like 10 and the girls in his class obviously look like regular 10 year olds... Directed by Francis Ford Coppola.

What about the first movie that Mel Gibson directed: The Man Without A Face (1993).

I guess multiple versions of The Hunchback Of Notre Dame.
