Do people miss TheAdlerian?

Even though I only created an account today, I've been reading posts here for a little while. One user that REALLY stood out (in a negative way) for me was TheAdlerian. I honestly wouldn't have enjoyed talking with him considering his false feeling of grandeur, his stubbornness, his arrogance and how insulting he was.

However, it was REALLY funny to see some of his posts and how he was arguing with himself and never cared about what people had to say. He was also constantly reminding everyone that he had a high IQ and that he was a therapist, despite being a racist, sexist, homophobic and intolerant individual.

So I was wondering: people who interacted with him, how would you describe the experience? And do you miss him?

OH YEAH...THE THERAPIST GUY...I RMEMBER HIM...HE SUCKED...I TYPED AT HIM BUT HE ALWAYS FOUND A WAY TO RUIN IT...HADNT EVEN NOTICED HE WAS GONE TILL YOUR MENTIONED IT.

Are you the person who asked him specific of his degree several times and he would simply ignore you? 😅

Yeah, and I found it very funny how every time someone would ask him about specifics of his degree and work, he would simply ignore the question.

On another hand, I didn't mean to trash talk him or insult him with my post. I was genuinely curious if people still recalled his passage here.

Yes. It’s possible to be annoying in a cute and charming way. I do it all the time.

i didn't like him much.

he posted some stuff on a thread i started that smelled like pretty strong bs to me, but i took him at his word since he insisted he was a therapist & had knowledge of the topic, and i left it at that.

i definitely think almost everything he claimed was complete balderdash.

'Balderdash' is a great word we don't use often enough anymore👍

'If you keep up your Shenanigans any longer you Whippersnapper you'll cause a Ruckus and I will yell Balderdash!!!'

i don't know why, but i use that word a lot.

not all the time, but enough that people comment on it.

I don't recall that one...sometimes while going through very old posts a few top shelf MIAs pop out to me

It's weird how some well liked posters just drop out with no warning...maybe I'm a nervous Nellie but I always hope nothing horrible happened to them

He was an odd one. Sometimes totally cool, and then would spout out some really offensive stuff, especially from someone who said they worked in the mental health profession.

Are you him with a different name and personality?
