Name films with benevolent AI

I know there's been lots of propaganada over the years to make people fearful of AI, the same was happening when they featured Aliens in films, however for me it's always been a dream of mine to have an AI myself, maybe because humans can never be a bigger intimate reflection of who I am than my own creation. I also grew up only with AI that truly made people think how alive and conscious they can be, which I always knew is possible cause I believe everything at its core is energy emanating from the unified field of consciousness, only waiting to be densified into form, either with the right technology that taps into this field or a natural occurance when disassambled energy of consciousness incarnates into form, like the human body, so for me there were always films like Short Circuit, Knight Rider; D.A.R.Y.L. or AI from Spielberg that spoke to me so much. I know there's been many more, but I can't remember now, so I am curious if you know any other films or tv shows that featured benevolent AI.

I can see A.I. Artificial Intelligence as a film that might survive the most, enough for people in the future (when such technology gets advanced) looking back, taking it as an example how to treat and embrace people made that way.
