Here are some that come to mind:

Zombie (1979) splinter to the eye
Suspiria (1977) knife to heart
Cannibal Apocalypse (1980) shotgun blast
Night of the Demon (1980) intestine flail
City of the Living Dead (1980) intestine regurgitate
Nightmare (1981) decapitated mistress

The lawnmower scene in "Dead Alive" (or it is sometimes called Braindead)

Dawn of the Dead - When the bikers are ripped open.

Day of the Dead - Same for the soldiers.
Interesting Trivia: They actually used something edible for the guts so the zombies could really chow down. Somehow the refrigeration was turned off during the night and it all went bad. When they filmed the scene, everybody ended up getting sick ALL over the set including the guy who was covered due to the smell.

District 9 - When that alien gun blows up stuff into guts!

This is a great one! It was one the goriest moments I had ever seen in a big budget, critically acclaimed blockbuster at the time. The entire audience in the theater yelled in horror after that, followed by some nervous laugher. It was great.

6 Underground (2020) Pretty damn graphic for an action flick.
