The lawnmower scene in "Dead Alive" (or it is sometimes called Braindead)

Interesting Trivia: They actually used something edible for the guts so the zombies could really chow down. Somehow the refrigeration was turned off during the night and it all went bad. When they filmed the scene, everybody ended up getting sick ALL over the set including the guy who was covered due to the smell.
District 9 - When that alien gun blows up stuff into guts!
shareThis is a great one! It was one the goriest moments I had ever seen in a big budget, critically acclaimed blockbuster at the time. The entire audience in the theater yelled in horror after that, followed by some nervous laugher. It was great.
