Dead Can Dance a few months ago, when they did their Life and Works, 1980 – 2019 tour. I feel so lucky to have seen them.

Probably the most awesome band ever to have existed, whose music touches parts of your soul that nothing else reaches.

Henley, aided by longtime bandmates Joe Walsh and Timothy B Schmit, with country legend Vince Gill and Frey’s son Deacon singing Glenn’s songs.

Joe Walsh stole the show.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band - February, 2016 at The BB&T Center; Sunrise, Florida

This was the so-called River tour.
In December 2015, a 35th Anniversary package of The River album was released which included a cd of outtakes, a cd of the single album of the same name which was never released, two cds of the double album which was released back in 1980 and a Blu-ray of a concert in Tempe, Arizona from 1981.

The 2016 tour was in support of that anniversary package.
Bruce opened with Meet Me In the City, an outtake from The River album.
Then they played all 21 songs from the album in the same order as they appeared on it, followed by eight more songs, followed by a seven song encore.
37 songs in all in a 3 hour 20 minute concert.
