Yep, and I've tried a bunch of times too. Even just a minute ago, and for the same message. Another poster PMed me, and I could reply to him, but I still cant send my own PMs.

It could be a quota of some kind, though nothing is specified in the "terms" or "standards" sections at the bottom of the page. Puzzling.
