1) IMDB v2.0

They finally unblocked me but I've got another problem now. I'm waiting for that confirmation code for a month. Why is that?

2) IMDF (Internet Media Discussion Forums)

Same problem. It looks like this forum is not even active anymore. I may be wrong here

3) FilmBoards

This forum just needs more members plus it saved our old IMDb posts (just like MovieChat)

the posts there are high quality on average... the database is solid as well... This site has the most action...

I don't want to keep all of my eggs in one basket...

I agree, but it's the overall look of TheMovieDB that is making me not want to get an account. It looks too flashy. I don't like the way the message board is laid out.

IMDb2 is a joke. IMDF is a fail. filmboards started good but is now ruined by horrendous moderation. MovieChat's moderation is better because of checks and balances.
