The Wolf of Wall Street was released in a whole different year than Get Out, unless you meant that it was the "other" movie that made $200 million.
It's a horror/comedy movie, it's not really supposed to be for a highbrow intellectual audience.
I thought it was a good little horror movie, it had a good creepy foreboding mood to it and some good twists.
For what it is trying to be, it did a good job.
That does not surprise me.

SPOILER AHEAD
"Get Out" -- for me anyway -- maintained a sense of dread from start to finish. Some of the comedy was ill-placed and the ending, while bucking horror tradition and actually letting a black person survive, felt a tad pat. It's not a masterpiece but it is an auspicious horror debut. I hope Jordan Peele's contributions to horror continue.
