At the moment for me, it's people say should/would/could 'OF', instead of have. I know 've sounds like 'of', but that's not what it means morons.
Also, vertical video. For f#cks sake, it is not hard to turn your phone to the horizontal when recording video.
When people share things. Post pictures of their children/tea. Promise they'll unfriend anyone who doesn't spread a message and then never do. Pretend they were hacked when they have an unpopular opinion. The list goes on and on.

Vertical videos. Also the fact they sometimes they don't let me see the content cause I'm not registered. I have zero interest to register on facebook, twitter or any other social media. But sometimes someone posts a link to some facebook page and says it has interesting data. And I can't read it. I learned to live with that.
shareFacebook is very handy for asking questions of and getting info from businesses/organisations etc, eg on one occasion I got the cost of a downloadable game lowered by 50% by questioning the publisher on f/book about the price.
I'm like you though, I have no interest in the day to day minutia of such things, so I just created a fake account so I could use it at my convenience. Worth it.
If it happens that I really need facebook, I'll also make a fake account.
