Putting the savages back in chains, so that the project of domesticating them(A project which was heinously undercut by both The Civil War and The Emancipation Proclamation)could resume would be ideal
For now though, I'd settle for getting Uncle Sam off our backs just enough, so that White Citizens Councils around the nation can once again maintain the social hygiene of our communities, without fear of The Feds kicking in our front doors for so-called civil rights violations
