Durham Report: FBI "failed to uphold fidelity to law" in Trump/Russia investigation

Of course, most intelligent people already knew this.
Remember, the media and the Democrats pushed "Russian Collusion" for years (some are still pushing it), seriously impacting Pres. Trump's presidency. Rep. Swalwell and Rep. Adam Schiff stated they saw the evidence of Trump's campaign colluding with Russia, and then never backed up their claims.

“Based on the review of Crossfire Hurricane and related intelligence activities, we conclude that the Department and the FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described in this report.” --Durham Report

This doesn't clear Trump. I have this on good authority from people knowledgable in the law.

reply

Did your Professor tell you that?

reply

The legitimate news sources generally agree. no prosecutions coming out of the report.

Nothing-burger!

reply

Why would the dems prosecute themselves? lol

reply

Typical. A liberal is a conservative who's just been arrested.

A conservative is a liberal who's just been mugged.

Back in the day conservatives would squeal about this as being "soft on crime." We can't put Leroy in jail for having 30 kilos of cocaine in the trunk of his car because we didn't have good cause to pull him over.

Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson made careers over civil rights.

Trump was right

In a long-awaited report released Monday, special counsel John Durham slammed the FBI for actions agents took during the 2016 probe scrutinizing then-presidential candidate Donald Trump's 2016 campaign and its alleged ties to Russia.

Durham's final report examining the origins of the Russia investigation brings to a close a four-year probe that failed to produce any major convictions despite the expectations pushed by Trump and his allies.

The Justice Department and FBI "failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law," Durham concluded in the 306-page report.

The 4 year Durham investigation confirms that “Trump/Russia collusion” was a lie made up by the Clinton campaign and promoted by the communist Democrat party/media at ABCNNBBCBS.

Their only piece of evidence to push the lie was the Steele dossier written by a British spy hired by the Clinton campaign.

Of course the substance of the usual Democrat lemming response will be, orange cheetoh T-Drunkgththfckdjdj bad. As confirmed by the response of this weeks lemming, Haslet.

Those educated in modern politics have known all of this since spring of 2017.

reply

So, we get a report years later, that proves everything we already knew to be true.

Now what?

Clinton, Strzok, Page, Comey, McCabe, Wray, Podesta, Mueller, Rogers, Clapper, Brennan, Yates, Coates, Conway, Schiff, Cummings, Kislyak, Steele, Doj leaders, FBI leaders, etc., etc. should all have been sent to a grand jury for criminal charges.

But they were not, and never will be.

Only the targets suffered greatly: Trump, Cohen, Manafort, Papadopoulos, Stone, Flynn, Gates, Bannon, etc. All had their lives nearly ruined by this hoax.

Will their records be expunged? Will they be able to sue to recover damages?

Nope.

Absolute corruption of the highest order, all going completely unpunished..

reply

Ha!
Bannon was stealing money from Trumpers for “build he wall” and got pardoned!

All these people and entities are on the Democrat payroll and will never be indicted. Its just the way things work now. Dems have their paws in everything including the CIA and FBI.

Unfortunately its a uphill battle for Trump and the Deep State will never let him win again and will pursue him til his untimely death.

They proved by controlling the media/education industries, you can derail anyone by simply making accusations and repeating them over and over and over and over.

Evidence doesn’t matter to those controlled by emotions. They are 40 million strong. Placed in the right spots they rig elections, rig news stories, rig narratives.

“Nazis are good people” was repeated by the entire Democrat media/party, including the shitting president, countless times. It never happened. There is video proof it never happened. Do Democrat lemmings care that they are completely mislead? No. They are emotion based. They have no interest in reality even if it smacks them across the face.

It only took a few months to convince them men can have babies, and nuclear war is good. They are mentally ill drones, completely and utterly helpless.

reply

Reminds me of that innocent typo of adding 100,000 votes to Biden in Michigan. Its a good thing someone noticed that.

The majority of cites are democrat and guess who counts the votes? The democrats.

Dems are horrible and are currently ruining America. If they rig the election again and Joe wins, then America will officially be a 3rd World Country.

In summary:
Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team of prosecutors indicted 34 individuals and three Russian businesses on charges ranging from computer hacking to conspiracy and financial crimes.
Those indictments led to seven guilty pleas and five people sentenced to prison.

In contradistinction and accompanied with great peals of laughter, Durham's investigation yielded one minor conviction and two losses at trial--a probe that fell far short of the lofty goals set by the former guy.
The one conviction?: the guilty plea of a low-level FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, who avoided jail after admitting to doctoring an email (one email!) about a surveillance warrant. Durham's other two prosecutions -- against a Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer and the primary source for the Trump-Russia dossier -- ended with embarrassing acquittals. LOL!

reply

In summary:

Hillary paid a fine to the SEC for lying about the origins of the steele dossier.

LOLz

"the guilty plea of a low-level FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, who avoided jail after admitting to doctoring an email (one email!) about a surveillance warrant."

You seem to be indicating that this was not that big a deal. This FBI agent knowingly altered that email so that the email said exactly the opposite of what it initially said. The email stated that Carter Page had interactions with Russia as part of his job while working for the CIA, which was true. The agent CHANGED the email so that the it said that Page's interactions in Russia were NOT associated with his job at the CIA. The agent then took the altered email to a judge and asked the judge to allow the FBI to continue to spy on Donald Trump. An FBI agent falsifying evidence in an effort to impact a presidential election is a pretty big deal.

reply

You've got one MAJOR fact wrong--the issue was surveillance of Page, not tfg. Before this email error Page had ALREADY been under surveillance for a while. Barr's guy even said it was no big deal:
"Despite the error, Horowitz did not find that the problems with Clinesmith undermined the overall VALIDITY of the surveillance."
I know Faux and it's ilk loved to make a big deal of this, cause that was all they had. We later found out how Faux reported "news."

reply

So I assume this mean that the implication is that the Dems did try to harm Trump's chances back in 2016. Why? Because they wanted to stay in power or something, even though Obama conceded?

reply

Way way off. Where do you get your misinformation? Do you know what an acquittal means?

reply

Obama conceded?

reply

No collusion delusion.
