With the ghosts and dark themes (also characters living in poor conditions and overall grey city) I was slightly traumatized. It doesn't scare me any longer, but it does give me some sort of anxiety-distress when I've seen parts of it because it reminds me of what I felt when I originally saw it... have never been able to watch it on its entirety again. I believe the workload was just too taxing on Serling. He probably also lost (some) interest during the last 2 seasons. Still one of the best TV series of all time... has a spot on my Top 10 for sure. What do you mean this guy makes dozens of films a year, it's mostly remakes of the same story though.
