it'll be probably a Chris (Hemsworth, Evans, Pine, Pratt) whoever is in most need of a franchise and most up for doing crazy stunts for real (considering the history of Star Trek/MI connections - Pine or Hemsworth)

Cruise will do the Jim Phelps/M thing for MI9+ (appearing at start and end Hopkins/MI2 style)
