Was anyone else unimpressed with the first episode? (spoilers)

It just reminded me of The CW’s ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ on a larger budget. I can’t say I was thrilled by the amount of exposition and watching Loki watch Marvel movie clips, either.

Between this, ‘Falcon and The Winter Soldier’ and ‘WandaVision’, I kind of miss the old Netflix / Freeform Marvel series.

"lame" is probably the more appropriate word. I think Disney is planning to produce a number of low cost TV shows to squeeze more profit out of franchise.

Yes, it's dissapointing. Almost everything was trailer bait.

I haven't even been impressed enough by the previews to watch the first episode.

You must also remember that all Marvel entities (besides a few) are completely hollow on the inside and use deceptive tactics to keep you watching, even though nothing ever ends up happening, and the story goes nowhere.

First episodes tend to be set ups for what’s to come for the rest if the series.
